The The Children’s Museum initiated and is coordinating the webcam project. In addition to providing educational activities on birds of prey, The Children’s Museum led the team of partners developing the web site and oversaw the technological aspects of the site. The web site is linked to from The Children’s Museum of Connecticut website and is displayed on a monitor in the main exhibit hall. The web site is also easily accessible from their PlanetCyber computer lab.

Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is responsible for the conservation and management of peregrine falcons and all wildlife in the state of Connecticut. Wildlife biologists from the DEP worked with Travelers and The Children’s Museum of Connecticut personnel during the installation of the cameras to be sure that the integrity of the falcons' nesting site was maintained. DEP wildlife biologists also provided photographs and educational materials for the development of these web pages.

Travelers is the official presenting sponsor of the project. Travelers provided access to the nest site for installation and maintenance of equipment. Travelers also took the lead in acquiring, installing and housing the web camera equipment and in developing, hosting and maintaining the Web site.
